First the legal bits:

HiFi warrants its wheel products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the retailer where HiFi component was purchased. Original proof of purchase is required.

Limitations of Warranty
This warranty does not apply to products that have been incorrectly installed or adjusted. This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by a crash, impact, abuse of the product or if the product has been modified or has been subject to loads or forces beyond its original design.

Wear and Tear
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to ensure a timely turnaround for any warranty request, please remove cassettes, skewers, computer magnets — and especially tires from your wheels. We will charge for tubular tire removal, and we are not responsible for the loss or damage of any unnecessary items shipped with wheels.

No Fault / Goodwill Replacement

HiFi offers a lifetime replacement policy to an original owner who is involved in an accident that causes structural damage to the wheels. This covers anything that might fall outside of our warranty. HiFi will replace rims and any necessary parts at 50% off of MSRP of those parts. HiFi is a family: we want to get you back out on the road and trails, and we want you to keep rocking our wheels.
