EP30 Disc Carbon Clinchers

Want to talk about responsiveness? The light weight carbon rims spin up to speed super quickly. The EP30 are ideal for general road racing and riding; hill climbs; and gravel/cyclocross. They jam up climbs and fly on the flats, with rims that are stiff for accelerations but also excel at dampening bumps and chatter. Our Anti-Flutter technology and toroidal rim shape mean that crosswinds won't push you around, and that they're even faster at a larger range of yaw angles.

The R36 Disc centerlock hubs offer quick and reliable engagement, light weight, and dependability. They're also easy to service when the need arises, with bearings that are easy to access and no proprietary tools required. The EP30 rim depth is ideal to provide mud shedding and aerodynamic advantage, but without the extra bulk of a deeper profile. We lace up our EPs with top-tier Sapim bladed spokes for their ideal blend of lightweight, aerodynamics, high strength, and sublime ride quality.

Tire choice: Our wider EP30 Anti-Flutter rims require a 23mm or wider road tire (we recommend 25mm and up). The modern 21mm internal rim width provides fantastic support for tires ranging from 25mm to 50mm.
